This is my promotional video for 8th graders and there parents yo make them want to come into the e-communications program here at Olathe north west. This was very interesting going into all the e9 classes ad filming what they were doing with the 6 shots system.

This website was a really good experience and a cool end result. This is my website and includes my favorite animation, video and my elevator pitch.

I had a lot of fun making this chase scene. I could have done a lot of things differently but overall I loved the scenes and camera veiws. We could have done more close up and extreme wide shots. The video was a bit short but the story still came across.

This was my first video using final cut pro. This was about how to print a paper. I used the 6 shots system and mackenzie as my model.

Lion

My personality is most like the characteristics of a lion. This personality type is the type that would be the leader, makes decisions and likes a challenge. Sometimes I can be over bering but try not to be to bossy. I am extremely over competitive and try to reach my goals no matter who or what is in the way.

The Six Shots system

This is the basic six shots of photos. We do this to show different emotions and introducing interesting points of view from the camera.

This shot is to introduce the setting

This article explains the effects that your negative social media has on your future. 

     Some people have amazing GPA's but don't realize that social media could influence their college future. If colleges find something troubling online they can reject or revoke applications. Many kids are trying to find all digtal footprints and make them al positive for colleges to see.

     What surprised me was that some people even get counselors to tutor in scrubbing their digital identities to help get colleges to accept or nice them in a positive way. I was also very surprised that colleges are this much into each and every student application. Up to 30 percent of administration said they have found stuff online that has negetiey effected kids!

     I questioned what some of the words meant including shrewd, credentials and scrutiny. I also questioned the actions that they took when they found out about negetive social medial. Do they confront them or just revoke the application?

I loved making this 3 d animation of a house! yes i know my dude is on the roof;)

Erasing Name To Show Writing

I will be showing step by step using photo shop how to make the above animation. 

Create animation

1. Start by creating a new animation and set the measurements to 600 by 150. 

2. Create a new layer and use the text tool on the left side to write your name. 

3. Next create a new layer and choose the eraser tool. Start by slowly erasing the last letter,( you will be erasing it the opposite way you write it).

Repeat

4. Now copy that erased layer and click the eye on the one before. You will repeat this process until all the letters are gone. Make sure to erase s little at a time so it comes out smooth. 

5.I had about 100 layers at the end. Now shift click all of them and create frames from layers in the bottom left hand corner. 

6. Now your all done so press play and watch your name being written before your eyes.

I felt like a baby elephant fit me perfectly.

I learned so much about text, new faces and how to make a cool ending. I liked this animation a lot more than the bouncing ball. Im very excited to share more of my animations with you!

As you can see I had a little bit of trouble with the bouncing ball. But hey it was my first animations it will get better.........I hope. Im excited to make new animations this whole semester! 

Hey guys I'm so glad to tell you all-out myself. Well first my name is Sarah and I go to ONW. Yesterday I made the volleyball team so I'm so excited to start with my new team!Outside of school I also play club volleyball. Im excited to start this blog and I'm excited to start ecom.
