Want better sleep? Grab your furry friend

Scientists from the Mayo Clinic recently conducted a study to determine how catching sleeping with your pup can affect bedtime. They found that those who kept their dogs in their bedroom experienced better quality of sleep, compared to those who didn’t.
The sleep benefit extended only to having dogs in your bedroom ─ not in your bed, the study said. 
Today pet owners want to maximize there time with there pets. This studdy gave a sigh of relief that sleeping with your pet gives no negative effect and can even make you happier.
